Özet:
The COVID-19 pandemic has deeply affected public life. One of the social sectos that were mainly affected by the closure period was the white collars who began to working from home. The flexible working hours of working from home, combined with curfews and the threat of virus, have brought with many social, psychological and physiological side effects. The transition of women employees from the public to the private sphere has created the threat of deepening the existing gender inequality and increasing of unpaid domestic labor. The division of domestic workload, which is already unequal in the patriarchal relationship system, has once again become questioned with the return of women to the private sphere. In this study, the experiences of white-collar female employees working from home, the gender dimension of the inequalities they faced throughout the study, and whether there is an increase in their unpaid domestic labor, will be examined within the scope of the class position of white-collar employees.
